Rocket Mortgage

This is the second Rocket Mortgage Canada location in Windsor, just a few doors down from the first location we completed on Chatham St. in 2020. This was a quick turn around interior fit up to house the ever growing Rocket Team on the second and third floor. Originally known as the The Equity Chambers building and more recently the Ye Old Steakhouse and Pour House.
New floor plan, mechanical and electrical layouts, and FFE to suite the needs of the new tenant.
